Welcome to the FoodVibe FAQ section! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions from both food lovers and business owners.
For Users
🔹 How do I create an account?
Simply click Join Now at the top of the page and create your profile with your name, email address, and profile picture. Once you're signed in, you can start reviewing businesses straight away.
🔹 How does the review system work?
You can rate any listed food business on:
- • Food quality (1–10)
- • Vibe (1–10)
You also leave a short written review to explain your score and optional photos or videos.
🔹 Do I earn points for leaving reviews?
Yes! FoodVibe rewards active reviewers:
- • +1 point for a review with no media.
- • +2 points if your review includes any photo(s).
- • +3 points if your review includes any video(s) (with or without photos).
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. Fake or misleading reviews may result in removal of points or account suspension.
🔹 What can I do with points?
Points unlock entry into FoodVibe competitions and giveaways. Stay tuned as we expand rewards!
🔹 Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes. Go to your profile → "My Reviews" → select the review you'd like to edit or remove.
🔹 How are the "Top 10" charts decided?
Rankings are based on user ratings. You can filter by Food, Vibes, Location, and Cuisine type.
🔹 Do businesses see my personal details?
Businesses can see your username and review, but your contact details are never shared.
For Business Owners
🔹 How do I list my business on FoodVibe?
Simply click Join Now at the top of the page, once you have made your profile – you will be able to set up a business page.
🔹 Is it free to be listed?
Yes. All businesses can create a free profile with:
- • Business name & logo
- • Contact details & social media links
- • Customer reviews
🔹 What do I get with the monthly subscription?
Subscribers unlock premium features:
- • Respond directly to customer reviews.
- • Add delivery links (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat).
- • Access analytics & customer insights.
- • Post updates, offers, and events to followers.
- • Build a following (users can subscribe to your business profile).
🔹 How do payments work?
Payments are collected securely each month through our third-party provider (Stripe/PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
🔹 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel in your account settings. Your profile will stay live as a free listing, but premium features will be disabled at the end of your billing cycle.
🔹 How do I respond to reviews?
Only subscribed businesses can reply to reviews. Simply log in, go to your profile, and reply publicly to customer feedback.
🔹 What kind of analytics do I get?
Subscribers receive insights such as: Business interaction analytics, Who follows your business, Review trends (average food/vibe score over time)

🔹 Is FoodVibe available everywhere in the UK?
We're launching city by city. Expansion plans are ongoing!
🔹 Can users order food directly through FoodVibe?
Not at the moment. However, businesses can link their delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.) so customers can order easily.
🔹 How do I report a fake or offensive review?
Contact us via the contact form – citing the review you wish to report. Our team will then look into this further and take any appropriate action if needed.
