FoodVibe Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for business subscriptions on FoodVibe.
By subscribing to FoodVibe, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription payments
- FoodVibe business subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Payments are collected automatically on a recurring monthly basis via our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Your subscription will renew each month unless cancelled.
2. Free business profiles
- Food businesses can create a free profile at no cost.
- Free profiles include basic details (name, contact info, socials, photos) but do not include premium features.
3. Paid subscriptions
The monthly subscription includes:
- Ability to respond to reviews.
- Links to food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.).
- Analytics and insights about customer interactions.
- Ability to post updates, offers, and events to followers.
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your FoodVibe account settings.
- Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account will revert to a free profile.
5. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments due to technical error or billing errors caused by us or our payment provider.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
6. Failed payments
- If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your business account.
- You can re-subscribe at any time once payment issues are resolved.
