YOH® Burger was born out of frustration by the founders bored of the local food offering of fried chicken and sandwich shops they decided to plan there dream of fresh nutritious food, with a tempting selection of fresh salads, own brand sauces and desserts to make you smile. Their focus has been to provide a selection of options that they have no issues eating themselves. Locally sourced YOH® uses premium cuts of beef and grade A chicken, all of which are flame grilled to seal in the flavour, preparation is everything! It was important to us that YOH® Burger has an ‘open kitchen’ ethos, so that diners can watch their food being flame grilled and can also see the burgers or chicken being assembled with freshly made salad from our extensive salad bar and sauces that the customer chooses.
